    The Manhole: Masterpiece Edition, also known as The Manhole: CD-ROM Masterpiece Edition, is a comical, surreal-fantasy, point-and-click adventure game developed and published by Cyan for Windows and Macintosh computers on June 8, 1995.

    A high-definition remake of the original 1988 game The Manhole, Masterpiece Edition features an updated game engine and pre-rendered 3D backgrounds, both previously used for the studio's 1993 game Myst. It also includes a new soundtrack, new voice acting, and new characters to interact with.

    The game was later released on the GameTap service in 2007, and was digitally re-released for the PC via Steam on August 4, 2010, with a release for iOS devices the same day. The iOS version received Mac support on January 27, 2022.
