Glad they are going back to Ghost Recon and dropping G.R.A.W in the name. Hopefully this game will bring the series back to the good old days of Ghost Recon 2.

I liked the first GRAW but the second one never really interested me. Hopefully they change it up a lot.

Hell yea I wanna play another ghost recon. I guess you can't call it a trend yet, but it seems like game producers are getting better and better at producing sequels that kick ass and improve greatly on the first ones in the series. (Assasins Creed 2, Mass Effect 2) So if this follows that "trend" as I'll call it for now, I am way excited

Yeah I preordered SC:C like a year ago, so I guess a beta key should be in order.

i'm not the biggest fan of the stealth gameplay mechanic so i'm a little worried about the cloaking camo.  this is a teaser so i should hold judgment until official preview is out. 
 
it did an ok job for a teaser.  what my other worry was looking at the wiki.  it seems this is not going to be a Red Storms joint whereas GR and GRAW was.  yeah that's what's getting me scared about the whole stealth thing and the direction this developer wants to take it.
 
hey i've been wrong before.  like GRAW.
 i'm a BIG fan of the origianl GR.  i was at E3 when GRAW was demoed.  they hired this buffed out motivated speaker-type guy to do their presentation; i was more ready to buy an exercise equipment than the game afterwards.  
i remember thinking too myself, what were the devs thinking with the direction on GRAW.
 
boy was i 100% wrong about the game.  the GS review came out and i talked to others about it and yeah everybody pretty much agreed that was a very good game.  i finally got the PC version and enjoyed the few levels i had time to play the game.  
 
i do prefer the higher squad count versus the four.  hopefully they'll go back to the 6 or 7 member team again.  i guess time will tell.
 
whoa sorry to made this into a blog post.  original GR is one of my favorite games of all times.  and for all you kiddies i think Horde mode originated from a Ghost Recon mod.  i think it was called overwhelming or something like that.  it was FUN and that's why i knew when Gears did it, that it would be successful.  yep i spent a lot of time on ghostrecon.net downloading mods.  maybe when i've more time i'll find out that name.

all i can think about now..... is these goddamn bioshock 2 adds and that big daddy looks like the fucking Bomberman!!!! ITS DRIVING ME INSANE!

Loved GRAW and GRAW 2. Especially the co-op in it.
and imo they should've gone with GRAW3, unless this is a franchise reboot ( which I doubt, as the future soldier seems to go into the same direction as graw and graw 2 )

Sweet, always nice with some more Ghost Recon.

Have high hopes for this, Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter was the first true current generation game to blow me away in HD.

Looking forward to saying "gurfs" out loud.

I liked GRAW 1 and was okay with GRAW 2, although it really didn't add much.  You can't tell much about this iteration except that someone seems to have stolen the plans for personal cloaking devices from the Predators.  I wonder if we'll get shoulder cannons, too.  Anyway, I'll look forward to more news at E3 '10.

Eh, I would have much rather preferred another GRAW game. You're right GRFS doesn't have the same ring to it and when you get into this future stuff you get into Sci-Fi territory, which doesn't have the same appeal. I dunno about you, but when I hear future I think of plasma, ray guns, aliens, space ships, and flying cars. I don't see any of that being delivered in this future game.

I thought the last GRAW2 seemed to be spot on with a war with Mexico. It seems even more likely today than it did when the game came out, thanks to all the drug war violence seen the past year.  Start using drones to blow up drug cartel hideouts. Not sure why this isn't being done already.
