    If you insist on playing this game (I am reviewing, and I will see it through) if you turn you internet off off on your console it works about 10000% better, making it almost passable. More so it makes it much easier to complete missions and all of the loading times get substantially better.

    Shouldn't you be reviewing it the way it's meant to be played, and the way most people will play it, though? =p

    You're reviewing it, so review all of it in its current state, the state in which it shipped. The game has so much of an emphasis on online play (half-assed as it is), that to ignore it altogether, suggesting players disconnect their systems from the internet to be able to play any amount of single-player comfortably-- Duder, that NEEDS to be addressed in your review.
