I played this at an arcade a couple of weeks again and really loved it. I tried a couple of other recent Stern/Jersey Jack releases and this one just kept pulling me back. Maybe it's all the theme song.

The theme from the show is such a good addition and it fits well, even mixed with the flippers noise

iirc, the director of the Rocketeer film (Joe Johnston) is the credited designer of Boba Fett back when he worked for Lucasfilm/ILM, although I believe that's purely coincidental.

I don't think there's any connection between the two characters beyond the fact that Boba Fett's popularity and Lucasfilm's pulp throwbacks (Star Wars, Indiana Jones) established a market for throwbacks that led to the introduction of Rocketeer in comic books in 1982.

Y'all remember that Beastcast bit where they had users try to summarize the story of Halo? I want that but with Bakalar explaining the plot of The Mandalorian.

I've played this machine at my local arcade (shoutout to The Flipper Room @ Concord, CA)! There's so much content and stuff to do thanks to the code update, though I tend to go for the older games probably older than me. Keep the balls flippin'!
