I can't help but feel that this is an expanded port of the WiiU Smash. Which is okay, but I am perfectly happy with being wrong about that.

I can't help but feel that this is an expanded port of the WiiU Smash. Which is okay, but I am perfectly happy with being wrong about that.

I think this is a port in the same way that MKII is a port of MK: a lot of the work carried over but they also added a ton of stuff and reworked stuff from before.

I mean. They literally put every single character that has ever been in Smash, in a single game. And added the meme character, to boot, and apparently refined a ton of mechanics. Really, the only downside here is they didn't add Waluigi as a playable character.

It's good that Metroid gets some more representation rather than just Wankmode Samus.
