Agreed. Some people think Suda's all about "lol so wacky!", but if that was the case people would have lost interest a long time ago. The fact is his games always have something interesting to say. So while this is understandably being sold as "sex and violence wooooo", I'd bet that anyone who thinks that's ALL it will be is off by a mile.

I have been reading a good chunk about this game, and from what I have been read I will be buying this game.

Why exactly? When someone makes a movie about the same subject matter are you embarrassed to be someone who watches movies or do you just not watch it? I have absolutely zero interest in this game and I don't care for the subject matter, but I don't see why I should be embarrassed that others enjoy it. Not my problem at all. As a group we seem overly sensitive sometimes. The medium is bigger than any one of us folks.

For as crazy and dumb that this looks I am excited to give this a try! :)

I liked this more when it was called Bayonetta and wasn't as dumb.

I think No More Heroes is clear evidence of that ;p (although NMH did come out before the movie, and I doubt Suda read the comics) Also Scott Pilgrim + Grindhouse sounds pretty awesome to me, but I liked the rest of his games even if the gameplay portions were alittle shit.. Looking foward to seeing what Suda brings to this game.

Looks awesome, but this game is going to live or die by how good the combat is, for me. I'm hoping for something on the level of Bayonetta, which imo had the best combat of the genre. Also the batshit insanity, which is clearly rampant here and always makes for a good time.

A couple thoughts. One, this will be awesome because it looks like more No More Heroes. Two, it will be awesome because it's ALSO got James Gunn working on it. Three, that's the way to open to a game trailer! Awesome shot of a cut in half dude put back together! Four, I look forward to "decapitation basketball". Five, the voice work is great - is that Tara Strong (Rikku from FFX/X-2, Harley from Arkham City) as the main chick here? And the actual announcer from Grindhouse, not a ripoff like in HotD: Overkill?

There's too much awesome going on here :) It's nice to see Warner Bros, properly support and hype this game, instead of how EA shamefully buried Suda's last game. If Warner Bros. is successful with this, hopefully they'll look to partner up with some other mad genius Japanese developers. Perhaps Deadly Premonition 2 can find it's publisher in Warner Bros. next..... X3

I just hope they don't go fucking the game up with an Arkham City style campaign pass. That would ruin Suda's amazing work.

I imagine the video automatically transferred from the previous one and the comment carried over from the Gears 3 review. That auto-play feature should be turned off as a default. It's freaking annoying.

Warner Bros. has really brought their A-game to the videogames industry. I really really like them.

Also, game looks crazy in a good way. I really hope suda51 will bring home the gameplay aspect as well.

Yay for grindhouse style game trailers! This game looks bad ass. Suda51 is my hero.

I can't wait for some of this Suda 51 madness.
