I would like to believe that his commitment to the joke is on par with Dive Kick, I just wish he had the money to create special controllers for this

The indie platformer by itself might not have grabbed my attention, but you wrap it in a joke game and present it as a joke interview on GiantBomb? You have my attention.

This was hysterical. The creator is really good at coming up with all this nonsense seemingly on the fly. I'm excited to see more, especially regarding the secret game (which I imagine is actually a decent thing).

It was totally surreal seeing the booth at PAX after that Unprofessional Friday. He was showing off the Spooky Woods level, which had a lot of flickering textures. "They're haunted textures." This dude is going places.

I'd like a Cola Sipping Amateur arcade game or a Pop Swallow Rookie mobile game, sim games are just too hardcore for me....

I don't think it actually uses any kind of celshading. Looks like basic gouraud shading, which was a shading technique common throughout the 90's, particularly the early half.

I like having Ryans face as the background for this video, in perpetual interview mode even when the video is focusing on Soda Drinker Pro Man (didn't bother to learn his name).
