Yeah, it's that music.

Plus, you'll notice some similarities to the opening of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Anakin and Obi Wan's starfighters fly over the ship then turn and dive into battle revealing the wide vista of ships all shooting at each other. Some storyboard artists like to steal from others it seems. :)

Even though Auto Assault was pretty horrible and also the fact i'm not entirely sold on this game yet... I'll give it to net devil for making some fairly decent trailers, not good or great but fairly decent.

AA had a lot of cool ideas and a different take on things, but none of it worked in the end. Hope things turn out differently for jump gate.

They CG cutscenes. The real graphics are not that good. Seen dev videos of gameplay.

And EVE Online anyone? This is WoW in space.

The gameplay is much more fun than the crappy trailer makes it look when I tried it at PAX. The trailer graphics displayed looked in-game to me, though spliced in with some pre-rendered CG.

It controls really well, and shooting things is somewhat entertaining. If they can pull it off (with some unique ideas hopefully), they could grab the crowd that wanted internet spaceships but wasn't patient enough for EVE, as well as EVE players who want more of a Freelancer style game.

I hated Auto Assault, but this looks promising. I'll try the free trial.
