That premise is pretty damn intense to fit into one sentence.

Interesting, very melodramatic (not in a bad way, I like the slightly pulpy style). I suppose it all comes down to execution though, I liked "the path", but I also thought it wasn't nearly as significant as it intended to be.

Tale of Tales? Well, it might make for an entertaining Quick Look, at least.

The whole scenario sounds interesting. However, the first thing I was thinking about was why she would keep going to her job as a house keeper if the entire town is on fire. That seems like an odd priority.

@pezen: Stranger things have happened in conflicts throughout the world. Many people try to go about their business, either in denial, or trying to live "in spite of" the hardships.

Hopefully this'll be good. Seems interesting.

@accolade: Okay I'm glad someone pointed this out I thought I was the only one to notice. You think they would just pre-render it (that's a thing you can do right?) but it's probably a small studio. Hopefully it's fine when the game releases.

This is not Barkley Shut Up and Jam Gaiden 2.

It's nice to have a story that isn't from some soldier's point of view. The teaser trailer looked nice and I'm hoping the story of the housekeeper pans out well and makes you feel the same way about the revolution as she does by the end.

This is almost too conventional and grounded for a Tale of Tales game! :P

Man, Tales of Games and Tales of Tales should collaborate on a Sonic Gaiden game.

It would just be an HD remake of Knuckles Chaotix.

Ouch, that frame rate. But yeah, that's a fantastic premise for game, I hope it turns out good.

There is something uniquely funny about a Tale of Tales game, who are making the artsiest of art games, having a trailer end with "Preorder now!"
