I liked the part where it said you could level up and the dude leveled up. Mind blown.

Way to focus on the one unexciting part of the trailer, Matt, you butt. 
 
Personally, I think even zombies can be exciting again when drawn by Paul motherfucking Robertson.

Ok, so its a straight up River City Ransom clone with some updates.  I'm very interested, despite not liking the source material.

Am I going crazy, or are you making a reference to Ryan's turned-offedness to this game from a Bombcast during E3 2009? I almost hope I'm going crazy, because it would be terribly sad if I remembered something so petty from so long ago. Perhaps it was this years GDC, in which case I don't feel so bad.

This game seems tremendous. Considering that an entire chapter of Scott Pilgrim is basically River City Ransom I am not at all surprised that this seems so similar. I am totally up for an online River City ransom with bitchin' ass graphics and MOTHER FUCKING ANAMANAGUCHI.

after reading the last volume I have totally lost faith in the series.

Finish the comics, watch the movie, play the game. It's going to be a great August.

It might be easy to hate Michael Cera because of how prolific he is lately, but when a dude is right, he's right.  I'm stoked for the film and this game looks fantastic.  Love the River City Ransom style shops.

Zombies!? first time that's ever been in a video game.

These trailers made me pick up the first Scott Pilgrim "book", it was just ok, might check out the rest later. 
 
The game looks like a brawler, and while it animates kinda nicely it doesn't seem to do anything extraordinarily interesting. I dunno but I'm thinking that I'll just wait for a Quicklook, and that, that will ultimately sell or unsell me on the game.
