Please GOD do not let them turn my beloved TMNT into the next Sonic. After the years and years of abuse sonic has been forced to deal with I can't take anymore. LEAVE THE POOR ANIMAL (mutant animals in this case) ALONE. Also, how is this not a poor man's smash bros? I hope it ships with "the" Kool-aid so I can at least pretend I don't see my soul being sucked out through my wallet (I have no intentions of buying this game).

What gives guys?

Did no one catch the fact that there's an online tournament mode? That the game's developed by Game Arts, the same people who made Brawl? That the game visually looks on par with Brawl (and in some instances like the Technodrome stage, better)?

All the signs look good to me. I'm all for Game Arts having a second crack at the genre. Especially when they've set out to fix one of Brawl's biggest faults - it's online mode.
