Cant get the videoscreen up.
Having said that, White Knight Chronicles has had me hyped up since they showed that first gameplay trailer, really hope it gets a releasedate for this year, and a worldwide one at that. Dont wanna see another Tales Of Vesperia, a game thats only coming out here in Europe at the end of this June......
Wishfull thinking aside, I believe its probably gonna be another year before we see an English release, even is they put up an end of the year release...it'll probably get delayed.....

I think he is probably talking about the insanely low quality of chracter faces in that trailer. Their bodys look fine but the faces and facial animations look pretty crummy. The faces aren't terrible but compared to the quality of the rest of the trailer they stand out.

Im not sure i watched the same trailer as everyone else, that game looks terrible.  Im baffled as to why it's getting so much hype.  Not saying I wouldnt love for it to be great, I just dont see from this trailer what all the fuss is about.

Amen to that.. Either it's Leonard or something on the opposite extreme like Edge Maverick. Oh wait,how about Level 5's last RPG hero, Jaster Rogue.

I really like Level-5 as a developer, so I'll be taking a closer look at this game when it's released.  The character designs are not as refined as Star Ocean, but I'm more interested in the story and gameplay anyway.  Hell, I've been playing a ton of PS2 RPGs lately so graphics are not a huge priority for me.

I thought that this was supposed to be a good looking game.  Looks terrible from that trailer.  Regardless of its visual appeal I think I would have to pass on that game if that is the main character's voice that you hear 55 seconds in.  That is a super feminine voice for a guy.  Not that theres anything wrong with that, its just not something I'm gonna pay 65 dollars to listen to.

Since when did Level-5 ever focus on insane graphics? And yet, their games for the PS2 were all super popular  internationally with the RPG community.

Looks pretty cool, but where's the gameplay? The game's already out in Japan, so I don't think it's entirely unreasonable to expect a few gameplay shots. At least humor me with a HUD. (Other than that, pretty cool. The trailer's reminiscent of a movie, but pretty good.)

Man, I want to be stoked for this game but the in-engine stuff looks kind of bland and unappealing to me. The CG stuff looks great, though, and the story has me intrigued. But man, if that is what they will do with that engine... I don't know. Maybe they can win me over by including the Japanese audio.
