The Reason I say this is because Wii ware and the Virtual Console are two different things.  As I am sure that you all know the  VC is for older re-released games and  Wii Ware is for new original games. The reason  I suggest this split because is that they are for the same console, but are two different things. Splitting the two would say One are the new original games and  the other are the old games.

They are split aren't they? They're on the same channel because they're both under the umbrella of installable softwares but they are in separate categories.
