Some good games that I played with good to excellent Wii control schemes, in score order:
1. Super Mario Galaxy 2. Twilight Princess 3. World of Goo 4. Metroid Prime Trilogy 5. Resident Evil 4 Wii 6. Okami 7. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 8. LostWinds 1 + 2 9. Zack & Wiki 10. Boom Blox 1 + 2 11. New Play Control series (all of them, especially Donkey Kong & Pikmin) 12. No More Heroes 13. WarioWare 14. Bully: Scholarship Edition 15. Call of Duty: World At War 16. Nyxquest 17. Dead Space: Extraction 18. Mario Kart Wii 19. EA Sports Active 20. DeBlob 21. Dawn of Discovery 22. MadWorld 23. Wii Sports Resort 24. Bit.Trip series 25. Trauma Center series 26. Geometry Wars: Galaxies 27. OVERKILL 28. Mario Strikers Charged 29. Grand Slam Tennis 30. WarioLand 31. Excitebots 32. Godfather: Blackhand Edition 33. Silent Hill: Shattered Memories 34. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Reflex 35. RE: UC and DC 36. Elebits 37. Broken Sword 38. Kororinpa 39. RRR TV Party 40. Tomb Raider: Anniversary 41. Endless Ocean 42. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
The best example I found would have to be Metroid Prime 3. It could be the best FPS controls outside of a keyboard and mouse. No More Heroes does a great job kepping the waggle at a minimum and hilarious, the jerking off motion should be standard in all games.
And Super Smash Bros. Brawl wins the accessibility award since you can use several different schemes.
