    So if you buy a premium civ is that a one use thing or if you have civs on different servers can you use it on all your civs and is it per gamertag or anybody on the computer can use it just like dlc can be used on any gamertag on your 360 console

    You can only have 1 city of a civilization on the account.
    But you can transfer your civ/city to any server you want.
    It's bound to your Live account. You need to use that account to use your premium civ.

    I think you meant to say only 1 city of a civilization per server. You can have a greek on every server if you want. 
     
    As long as you own a premium civ, you own it forever, and can make as many cities as you want (just on different servers).
