The Company

Dejobaan is an indie studio based in the Boston, Massachusetts area that was founded in 1999 by Ichiro Lambe, making games for Windows PCs and the Palm OS. They have made more than 13 games so far, and are still working on new ideas all the time. Currently they are only making PC titles, but are interested in developing games for home consoles. The employees of Dejobaan also run Indie Superstar, an online blog dedicated to showcasing various indie developers and their games.

Style

As can be seen in their games, they have a uniquely abstract and experimental style, not just in their games' presentation, but the game itself. Their most famous title so far,

AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! : A Reckless Disregard for Gravity, is the best example of this. The levels are colorful and feature strange images which are meant to serve as billboards (since the game is set in the future).
