Saint's Row: The Third Garage/Crib Royalty Free tune

This was a large discussion on this week's Bombcast. Did anyone ever find a link to the royalty free version of the Grage/Crib theme used in Saint's Row?

I have found plenty of links to YouTube video's but nothing legit.

Help??

The song is currently owned by APM Music and is called "Bad Bad Man." APM might be the royalty-free site in question, but otherwise I found that it definitely has an owner.

Also, it's from the collection "Music from Teen Cribz." Here it is on Amazon.
