two different games with the same title

so what's the policy on different games with the same title

this is generally a problem with comic book character games.

for example, The Punisher http://www.giantbomb.com/the-punisher/61-2242/

that page combines the old NES game with the more recent ps2/xbox/pc game.

and there are three different games entitled The Incredible Hulk.  One based on the movie, a gba game based on the comic, and an older ps1 game.

also I wanted to add the NARC game for ps2 but I wasn't sure if I should put it as a release under the old NARC game page or propose it as its own page

clarification would be appreciated.

and now there's a separate page for the NARC ps2/xbox game, but it includes all the platforms the original NARC was released on.
