Please help with Japanese translation

A few weeks ago I received the following message on a Miiverse drawing:

Google translate can't do much to help with a hand written post, so I just left it at that.

Just today I recieved another post, this time in text, by the same person:

WARUIZIDESUKA?

Now the drawing was of Waluigi and I recognized the "Warui" prefix, but Google translate didn't help me with the rest.

So the first message reads "kinniku ga chou riaru~!!", which I would say means something like "those muscles are super real!"

The second message is either asking if the drawing is of Waluigi, or alternatively if you are Waluigi.

Nice drawing by the way.
