RunDLL error at start up.

Hello thar, every time I start up my pc as of yesterday i get the following error message: 
"RunDLL 
There was a problem starting  
C:\users\*****\appdata\local\localsentCMP\localsentCMP.dll 
the specified module could not be found." 
WTF is this? can anyone help?

I haven't had a run.dll error since windows ME :|. What are you doing that is causing the error?

Everytime I see RunDLL I read it as Run-DMC.
