Trying to remember the name of an 80's B movie

I was just reading the thread about suggesting some good (bad) sci fi movies and it got me thinking about a movie I watched when I was younger and I can't remember the name and I can only remember a few vague details. I was hoping that you guy might know what movie I'm talking about.

i'm pretty sure it was set in some dystopian future with some evil nazi-like corporation or government types wearing black that would attack the rebel forces with these big black tank looking things with spikes or something on them. I remember the bad guys had this red and white flag and arm band with some symbol on it that they used as propaganda or something similar. I remember at the end the rebel forces secretly infiltrated the base by posing as the bad guys and blew it up.

I want to say that it was Megaforce or Battle Trucks but I know that's not right... Any idea what movie I'm thinking of? It was some cheesey obscure B movie.

Any thoughts?

No not Tank Girl. This movie was pretty dark. Definitely R-rated. I can't remember if it was tanks or trucks or motorcycles... I haven't seen the movie in at least 12 years.

sooooooo many post apocalyptic and dystopian movies in the 80s, it's not Megaforce the bad guys wore military green. For some reason I'm thinking of a GIANT Truck when your describing this film.

When you wrote "big black tank looking things with spikes" the first thing that popped in my head was MEGAWEAPON! If you haven't seen it, the MST3K episode with this movie is pretty good.
