I'm away from my main desktop that I used to play GW2 in the beta and have been unable to download the game onto my laptop (I get a "Download failed!" message when I try). So today I got an automated e-mail from ArenaNet saying that someone has tried to change the e-mail associated with my account but didn't really tell me how to prevent that. I tried going to their customer service, but it wasn't exactly helpful and I couldn't even log into the main forums or main website despite being able to log into their support.
Anyone have any idea of what I should do?
