While playing I came across a 4 with a circle around it. I thought, "I got this!" as I continued solving until that 4 with a circle around it had three, blank, one(marked), blank, three.

So you can imagine how happy I was when I removed one of the blocks in one of the groups of three:

I knew that the two remaining in that group couldn't be a part of the solution, because there's no way to make 4 blocks in two groups with them as part of the solution. I took out my hammer and smashed away!

BUT then I heard that heart-wrenching sound. And it did this:

Please forgive the terrible quality, it was taken from a phone. The game I loved has ruined my trust. I've never felt so betrayed before, in all my life.

Giant Bomb forum lurkers, I beg of you, help me through this hard time in my life.

Well, there is of course the possibility that the one you marked in the center is not a part of the puzzle, but I haven't gone far enough to get to that particular puzzle yet.  Although from the picture presented, I don't see anything (yet) that would make me mark that particular piece.

No that can't be a possibility...

OMG you're right. I love my game again! ♥

Well, I have to go and restart that puzzle, because I'm OCD and I have to have three stars every time.

Lol, that's okay. I can't play games that require real skill, like actually moving around and doing things... This is like super minesweeper to me. XD

Yeah, I'm OCD about the restarting for three stars too.  Why play a puzzle twice, amirite?

I'm really finding Picross 3D difficult in the later stages. With Picross, you can start making out a picture as you go but in this, I often have no idea what I'm making until it's done.
