You can make this decision yourself. Look at the games. If you want them, then yes. If you don't, then no.

IMO, yes. Im sorry, but 360 lately has been piss poor in the Exclusvie department. Where as PS3 has been super hot. I would get a PS3 for the Exclusives alone, then you can just get multiplats on your 360 if you want.

I say no, the ps3 and Xbox are too similar to own both and, while the ps3 has a lot more exclusives most of them are shooters and the 360 has more than enough of that

Well, how bad do you want the exclusives? Do you need a Blu-Ray player? Would PSN be a preferable alternative to Xbox LIVE? Answer this stuff and you've kind of got your answer.
