Also, the love/hate/love relationship I have with that ridiculous name is unbelievable. I applaud the commitment!

Great, as I mentioned in the video archive the muted audio was completely my fault. I'm glad it's better here, and once again thanks to Scoops and the Wolf for having me!

Cool that it's available in podcast format. I tend to enjoy those more than video's because it enables me to listen to them while cooking ahead for the week, cleaning stuff or am in the train for a while.

If someone could tell Jeff to do Jar Time in podcast format as well, that'd be cool. Although I imagine it might be somewhat different for a solo-show. Don't know.

Cool that Dean is a guest, I really liked Dust. Even gifted a copy to a friend on Steam when it became available there because I thought people should play it.

This conversation made me wonder "Where did our parents found an outlet for being total douchebags before the internet"?

There probably are more changes in this years CoD than in years past. But, we have just came off BLOPs 2 which changed a few things as well. I don't think people could have moved from MW3 to Ghosts without BLOPs 2 in between. The pick 10 system was a good hold step in teh evolution of how perks work. The mantling system that they were making a big deal about a few months ago probably will change game play (shocking) since it is commingled with the momentum system, meaning if you lose speed the avatar climb slower and cannot shoot as quickly. My guess is the physics system will adjust everyone's play a little.

I think the female avatars will be nice, but I also see it being used to grief some dumb people. Maybe, several dozen guys a night pretending to be women will get some of these horn-dogs to THINK before they talk, since 50% of the time they WILL BE talking to a guy cat-fishing them.

Not sure if you have an Apple product for this, but you could always get the Giant Bomb Video Buddy app and then download Jeff's videos to your phone, and then play them like a podcast. Don't even have to watch them then! Might be available on Android too.
