Now that patch 1.2 is finally out, and chat channels have arrived, we finally have an easy place to chat and play with fellow GBers! Simply join the "giantbomb" channel or read below for detailed instructions.

Looks like the chatroom was so epic it crashed my SCII.

About time we get chat channels should make it easier to get some games.

 It is Friday night, and there are only 3 people in chat. Why is this? What is wrong with you people? I want to do some drunken 3v3s, and can't find a crew. OK maybe it's Thursday, but still, 3 people in chat is unacceptable. Do you people not know about this chat channel? Did it move when I wasn't looking?

For some reason people stopped going to it, and those that do don't say anything.  It used to get a good amount of action, but not so much any more.  If you want an active channel with good people in it, check out the Starcast channel.  It is the channel for an amateur player podcast.  If you haven't heard it, then check it out.  This channel almost always has 20+ people in it, and they talk.  It is real easy to find a practice partner.

every time i play sc2 it's just me and some dude named vincent with a weird greyed out name in the channel

it'll be full tomorrow for the tournament, might rejuvenate things some.
