    I've played a few people who appeared to have some kind of effect on their character that gave them the sketch-like look from the intro video.  Any idea how to unlock/activate this?  Honestly I think it's kind of ugly on most characters, but I'm just curious how people do that.

    Color 11-12 unlock if you have a SF4 save.
