just wanna say octopuses\pi are amazing fuckers. i wouldn't be surprised at all if one came on land, started walking upright, and blended in with society.

I would love if Alex and Patrick played Risk of Rain, but man, would I ever love so much more if Patrick took on La-Mulana.

La-Mulana truly is an underlooked game from 2013 that needs more attention.

Patrick, I liked Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light and everything, it's a fun little co-op game. But saying it was better than the Tomb Raider reboot? That was a really stupid thing to say. LC has no story to speak of.

Scoops, there are countless stories of people getting their purchase history transferred over from broken or stolen hardware. It's not the simplest task, but they will do it for you

When Mario was huge, Nintendo let hollywood make a movie out of it, which didn't turn out well. How about letting Pixar take a crack at the mushroom kingdom? If anyone can make an endearing story with those characters, it is the creative folks at Pixar.

The first thing Nintendo needs to do to make Mario relevant again is get rid of that stupid Mickey Mouse baby voice he's had for damn near twenty years.

Mario on the Super Mario Super Show didn't sound like some gas-huffing simpleton! He sounded like a guy who knew how to get shit done!

...Nintendo needs that!

Excited to play Octodad, good to see a Scoops & Wolf only show again(even though I've liked all the guests).

I know you mean the cartoon portion of the show, but damn I'd love a Mario that sounded like Captain Lou. Honestly though, I don't think they need to remake Mario's image, just come up some new games where the characters are more Samus than Mario. I think that would take some new directors running game projects. I'd say bring in Hideki Kamiya and Platinum full time, but he comes up with things like Viewtiful Joe and Wonderful 101 just as often as Bayonetta or Okami.

Friday shows are always like that! =)

I'd be interested in La-Mulana, although from the Quick Look of it I'm not sure if I like the game yet.

The ending of Broken Age Act 1 was obvious. I first figured it out by how the window is designed on the space ship. Plus you travel around collecting aliens and leave 1 behind.

"Remember Me" came out on PS+ Europe previously, so technically Alex was right.

@chicken008: I only got halfway through your comment, but can still confirm that you need to spoiler-block everything after the first sentence.

Before the end of the Spelunky feature you and Max need to play some co-op. Without those crazy guys named Jeff and Vinny some progress might actually be possible!

@chicken008 Given that most players didn’t figure the ending out, no, it was not obvious. Obviously not. Something can only reasonable be called obvious if by far most people manage to figure it out. That’s just not true for Broken Age.

Be proud of your detective work and happy that you figured it out but don’t go around claiming the end was in any way obvious.
