I've never been to a convention but I've learned something from watching lots of Q&As, don't start off with a "hilarious" comment. Just ask your question and move on because 9/10 the joke falls flat and you make everyone uncomfortable. 

Goddamn, PAX Prime was tame by comparison. Hope this level of crazy carries over to PAX Prime 2011!
