Not relying on stamina and making the combat more about parries looks much more interesting to me than if it was just another Souls like game. The light stealth elements look neat too if they pull them off correctly.
I enjoy playing fighting games a lot. Not in a compeitive way at all though. 99% of my time is spent on playing single player modes or playing with friends. I've been more into them more recently than I ever have been before even although they certainly showed up occasionally in the past. Spending some time getting good with a few chracters is quite fun even if I don't take it online at all.
So many anniversaries recently. ARC putting out a rock music video for their 30th anniversary makes a bit to much sense. I'm ready for 30 more years of fighting games if they keep at it.
Streaming has always been interesting to me and has worked well enough that I have used it occasionally. If they do make a low cost Xbox like that it is something I would likely use instead of the standard one.
Younger me was all about Garfield for quite a while. As noted by the 10 or so books I own that collected some of the early comic strips. I think the fact he is a orange cat sold me more than the mildly funny comic strips. I haven't kept up with it at all but the general sentiment seems that it hasn't changed in years. Might be time to reinvent it in some way or not since I assume Garfield still sells a bunch of merchandise.
Glad to see this get funded. I was pretty much sold on it via the very first reveal trailer. Now we just have to wait and see how the game turns out in a few years.
I very rarely felt like I was being limited on what I watched by my parents. If it was on TV I was 100% allowed to watch it. The only time it ever was a issue was when I tried to get them to buy me GTA Vice City. Which they would not do. Then I just got around that by renting M rated games at Blockbuster. Generic boxes made it pretty easy to rent just about everything.
