@sombre: For me it's gotta be the camera zooming in on Okada adjusting his grip on Tanahashi's wrist signifying the passing of the torch at the Wrestle Kingdom where Okada finally won.
I was starting to get very concerned about Dynamite last week but this week was a killer episode. Everything on it was good technically and logically except for the ending to the Spears/Kip vs. Omega/Page tag match. Thumbs up.
I don't think Louise's past is a factor. I'm sure there is some kind of connection somewhere in the "lore" of the game (Louise is roughly an anigram for Soul Lie), but they didn't explicitly say it anywhere in the game.
I'm not quite sure how that ending works out either - if Sam is BB all along then who is Lou exactly? Huh?
Sam wasn't Lou. Sam was the BB in the pod (Cliff's son) and his connection with Lou triggered Sam's own memories. Louis was just a different BB completely. Since Sam knew he could survive outside of the pod he did the same thing for Louis.
Like I said in the discord, I'm kinda worried that AEW is becoming "another American wrestling show" instead of being a more sports-based promotion they initially pitched it as. Overall a good show but there's a lot of things that I'm kind of peeved by. I can't believe how they completely just took away from Statlander's win by having Brandi and Awesome Kong out there wasting everybody's time.
I've been shouting from the rooftops about Yakuza 0 being one of the best games of the generation for a few years now. Glad you got to check it out. The more I read about Path of Exile the more I'm tempted to sink some time into it, this blog might push me to it finally.
