There are a few other minor changes in the executive suite but overall it's kind of disappointing.
It's not that I expected Microsoft to clean house, but the scandals under Kotick were not caused just by Kotick, awful as he was. With the leadership team staying mostly intact this is a "meet the new boss, same as the old boss" scenario, in most cases literally.
Hopefully Activision will become a better place to work (and produce some more and more creative games) under Microsoft but in the end broken cultures are hard to fix and it's easier to wait until people just lose interest and forget the bad headlines.
At least Kotick will be gone though. That will make change slightly more likely.
