    Connections is a first-person adventure game based on the documentary television show hosted by James Burke. Players are thrust into a world where different eras of civilization have been mixed together, and must make the connections that will make sense of it.

    Connections is designed similarly to other Myst-clones, and uses full motion video for its NPCs. The player has to find items that are needed to complete puzzles, but the ultimate goal of each area is to find the six items that are connected to one another. Doing so will restore the anachronistic elements to their proper times, and move the player on to the next area.
