    Deathsmiles Mega Black Label is a heavily modified version of Deathsmiles, developed by Cave. It was released in arcades 2008, and included in the Deathsmiles Xbox 360 port (as DLC in Japan, on the disc in Europe and North America).
     
    The changes from the original Deathsmiles include: 

    • The addition of Sakura as a playable character.
    • The addition of the Crystal Shrine, a new stage.
    • The addition of a new, harder difficulty setting, Level 999.
