Dr. Mario Express, known in Japan as Chotto Dr. Mario and in Europe as A Little Bit of... Dr. Mario, is a falling-block tile-matching puzzle game developed by Arika and published digitally by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS (as a DSiWare title) in Japan on December 24, 2008, with a North American release on April 20, 2009 and a European release on May 1, 2009. Since the closure of the DSi Shop on March 31, 2017, there is currently no way to purchase it.

A handheld entry in the Dr. Mario series and using elements from the developer's earlier Dr. Mario Online Rx, Dr. Mario Express brings the classic puzzle game to the DS with two single-player modes: the stage-based "Classic" and the one-on-one "Vs. CPU". There is no multiplayer functionality, nor any in-game use of the system's touchscreen controls.
