This topic is about Gene Kelly vs Michael Jackson. I forgot to put that part in the title, so please read this before posting. Hoenstly, both men move like no mortal man should. MJ has his Moonwalk, while Gene Kelly has, well, this (note: he does it at 2:45)
How is that even posssible? I might have to go with Gene Kelly on this one. also, please dont vote for MJ jsut because he died recently, vote with who you think is honestly the better dancer.
How awesome would it be to dance like either one of them though? I've always wanted to be able to dance well, it's amazing to watch some talented people do it.

Gene Kelly was great although I actually prefer Fred Astaire. That said, however, Brigadoon is among my top 3 film-musicals of all time. There are other dancers I'd rate higher than Michael Jackson certainly. Savion Glover is probably the best currently dancing, but in the past I would have added the Nicholas Brothers, Frankie Manning, Bill "Bojangles" Robinson, and James Cagney. Plus Cyd Charisse, Eleanor Powell, Leslie Caron, Ginger Rogers and Ruby Keeler. Eleanor Powell was really a fantastic dancer and definitely the absolutebest of the old stars. Remember that she's doing all these steps in heels!

That video just made my day. Thank you. And I haven't seen a single Gene Kelly movie so I might as well start right now.
