    Overview

    Grotesque-looking, this Silent Hill 4 creature can appear in either one of two variations, known separately as the "Old Type" and the "New Type" .
    The 'Old Type' waits for Henry to make a move before reacting, but if approached too close, they will fall on all fours and leap at the player.
    The 'New Type' doesn't exactly follow any specific attack method and will aggressively engage Henry at any given opportune moment. They do attempt to try and catch him off guard, though.
    They represent Walter's opinion of other people, who he saw as being all aggressive and negative toward him.
