Looks like some company called Gamevice has renewed its efforts to stop Switch imports on copyright claims. I don't know the validity of everything here, but I guess they tried this back in October and it didn't go anywhere.

I almost bought this dumb switchy thing thinking is was the revolutionary GAMEVICE mobile console made right here in the USA!
