Not sure if it matters to you but IIRC in the original version arrow keys made you go forward, back, and turn side to side, mouse let you move forward or back, and WASD didn't do anything.
@drekly: Me probably. I have a PC so anything like a PS4 is mostly useless for me. I do still like Nintendo games though, but have only been able to get the handheld or the console for a while. All the Nintendo games on one thing that can also be portable sounds good to me if they price it well.
@av_gamer: I'm sorry, but what? I feel like people expect so little from KOF these days that they are biased in favour of it (and I say that as someone who grew up with KOF as my first fighting game series). Large cast of characters? Sure, but they're unbalanced as fuck and having 50 characters is the main reason they had to go 3D and change what was formerly perhaps the best looking modern fighting game series. Fully functional gameplay works between either game, whether it's KOF or SFV. Weird netplay issues in both but largely alright.
It's the "good single player modes out of the box" that really gets to me, you are excited you get arcade mode (aka story mode), trials, time mode and survival? As someone who worked his ass off to survive arcade mode in classic KOF, please. I've got better things to do than play some KOF arcade mode. Also trials and survival are in SFV...
I don't see people raising a ruckus for KOF over its lack of a training mode, or better single-player modes - I guess folks went into SFV readily expecting it to fail and in this case are rooting for the underdog. If KOF 14 succeeds then great. Nothing's gonna stop cuz it's 1998! But hopefully people don't get hypocritical: hopefully they can evaluate SFV and KOF a little less biased and not just give KOF a free pass because "oh SNK is small time these days."
This game really seems up my alley, I really enjoy exploring stuff in games, that's a large reason why I play games. I can't afford a $60 right now, but maybe if there's a sale in the future.
I mean... Just the title of the movie. Nothing beyond that.
Not Ross Perot as well?
Also @tordah this also looks to me like Aquaria but not as good. Reminds me I really need to get Aquaria at some point, just it never ever goes on sale so I forget about it.
