Namco Bandai is giving Pac-Man CE the DX treatment.
Pac-Man, like a smart vampire, will never die. During this glorious week of E3 2010 reveals, Namco Bandai has announced Pac-Man Championship Edition DX, a follow-up to the 2007's Pac-Man Championship Edition that will feature the CE's six courses, 100+ new mazes, a time attack mode, a ghost-gobbling mode dubbed Ghost Mode, and a Mission Mode that will have users completing objectives inside a maze.
Like this, except different. Not enough? You're out of luck then unless you're a visuals and sound dude. Namco has promised new "visual variations and music" on top of all the fresh features coming to Pac-Man CE DX, which is slated to hit Xbox Live Marketplace and PSN this Fall at an unannounced price.
