Welcome to the latest edition of the Giant Bomb Community Spotlight! I, @zombiepie am honored to be your host as we look back at the best community-created works form the previous week! This weekend was the start of Extra Life 2022! Even if you are reading this edition of the Community Spotlight after the streams and charity drives have ended, you can still catch up with VODs of streams you missed.
Also, be aware that you can continue donating to Giant Bomb's Extra Life 2022 page until December 31st, 2022! If you couldn't donate when the event started or was live, do what you can to spread the word and feel free to give what you can when you can! So, without further ado, let's talk about how you can help Giant Bomb have a fun and successful Extra Life this year!
Extra Life 2022 Plans & Information!
If you are reading after the main weekend event is over, be aware some community members and staff will be streaming after the normal Game Day block of November 4th through 6th. For example, the Giant Bomb Discord group always streams during the weekend after the main site does.
Remember that you can keep up with anything you miss during the marathon with the GBXL Tracker. It has time stamps and links to VODs. If you missed the streams for Nextlander or Dave Lang, then this feature is for you! Just click the second link below!

Right now there are 77 team members! All during Extra Life weekend, the site will try to rotate community streams below staff-led ones in the Giant Bomb chat. - @infantpipoc's Bayonetta 3 review shares why they had a hard time completing the game between the new characters, different storytelling structure, and overall gameplay changes to the Bayonetta formula.
- @yyninja's review of the digital version of Gloomhaven talks about why all of the quality-of-life features, like the game calculating the math for the player, doesn't not change the overall unwelcoming complexity of the game.
- @yyninja finally got around to playing The Last of Us Part II and relays in their review why they feel like all of the polish in the world doesn't prevent the game from feeling like a misery vehicle.
Wiki Of The Week
It's a bit of a callback, but the "Roundhouse Kick" wiki page was one of the earliest concept pages to be created on the Giant Bomb wiki. Likewise, it is currently sitting at 97 in-game examples when I'm pretty sure that should be well over 100! See if you can help fix that!
