These screens look to good to be true. I hope the day/night cycle is at least 6 hours long. But yeah, it was already one of the absolute best looking games and these screens make it look multiple times better. Downloadable demo during E3 would be a dream...

I'm one of the strange ones who wasn't really dissapointed my Assassin's Creed. Had its issues, but overall it was great. I can't wait for AC2 and these screen shots make it look really good! Can't wait!

Well I could understand the plainclothes guards chasing after you with the same ability of an assassin, but if those plate clad behemoths can chase you, Im going to spit in Jade Raymond's face.

I like that Ubi didn't cop out and give Enzio everything but the ability to swim, especially in a place where the streets are paved with water.

That would have been it for me.

These shots are totally delicious. Water seems to play a big aspect for the game.

Was there any night parts in assassin's creed 1? This is a sick way to add more cover, though i guess since there isnt any one really outside at night it could be hard if your in some plaza

As long as the side-mission have more variety this one will be great....

still bummed this isn't a Desmond only game where the descendants of the other assassins train him to be one of them. very bummed about that indeed.

I wish they could make a sequel all sandbox. You'd rent a low profile apartment for an HQ, the owner would ask for the rent occasionally so you'd go around stealing stuff to pay him, buying fancy gear from shady merchants which would give you access to places with more intricate locks and security mechanisms, stuff like that. You'd change clothing often because they'd put drawings of you up as a suspect for the recent crimes you've done, more often if you're careless, etc. You might even get a visit in your apartment by the guards, so you'd have to have secret stashes of the valuables, perhaps not even in the same apartment, or they'd lock you up. You could maybe plant the loot in someone else's place (perhaps your landlord's!) if you thought they're onto you, and pair it with one of your old suits, so they'd catch them instead. It'd be so awesome...

...But this will hopefully be awesome as it is, as long as it's got more variety than the first.

A hang glider? Really? lol, that'll make for some fun gameplay.

Lots of new information! Seems there's someone else batteling a guard, that's great!
Maybe the citizens you save are of a little more use now. Also showing some guards in- doors. Maybe there are some some more inndoors assassination missions. Flying machine; obvious; but there is one more thing.
One of the red houses seems to have very little posibilities for climbing. Maybe the difficulty of climbing has been ramped up, so that it's not like you can climb everywhere as a matter of course anymore! That would be great! Expand the climbing into a new and more challenging experience i say! Woho!

It definitely looks good, and it's kind of funny to see the hay carts back.
