when was this announced???

When the first one was announced.

It was announced a long time ago...and with the sales the original AC got you can't really be surprised.

I don't think that it ever been officially confirmed but the ending and sales are strongly in its favor.

It was confirmed unofficially by lead Ubisoft programmer Jolie Monret on the IGN forums, and hinted at by an Ubisoft executive after millions of sales. The story also points to there being one. So I say leave it up.

It was pretty much assumed after the first game ended, I assume. It really hasn't been formally announced, though.

I read somewhere that AC is supposed to be a trilogy, I liked AC, but I also kinda hated it too, I just hope they make the 2nd more fun.

Ya apparently its supposed to be apart of a trilogy and at the end of the game it ends on somewhat of a cliffhanger.

I liked AC. I liked the jumping from roof top to roof top. What I hated was the fact that when ur on the roof tops u can't go everywhere
