How does the 3D work in the GOTY edition?

I don't have a 3D TV. Am I able to turn off the 3D for the game? Or is it going to be always out of focus for me?

I'm sure you can turn the 3D off. And you don't need a special TV, just the glasses that come with the game.

This. As a result, the 3d doesn't look as good as most of the current stuff you see in the cinema, but it's not bad:

I've played with the 3D mode on and while it's not exactly eye-popping it looks really neat during combat.

I can't wait to see more games utilize this technology once it's perfected.

The only problem i have with the 3D is it makes my eyes hurt if i play it for too long. It's fun seeing the cutscenes in 3D but it gets to be a bit of an eye strain during gameplay.
