This is how a developer with freedom works, a developer able to relax and take deep breaths and work on engines rather than pushing content like a baby-factory. Dear lord I hope they get to continue their good development life until they feel done with it. Followed them from their first early 90's developer diaries discussing physics in developing pinball games and what ended up as Benefactor, still just as fascinated.
