    I do not plan on buying the game right away, is the map pack only come with the first shipment of games. Or, is it on the marketplace free to everybody forever?

    It's free as long as you buy a new copy of the game.  I'm assuming it's like a one-time use code, so if you buy it used that code will probably have been used already.
