I already have it on PS3, and I enjoyed it, but I kind of feel like that's the worst system to have it on. I'm the type of person that'll get the same game (if good enough) on different platforms, so what would you recommend I get it for? The 360 version or the PC version? And yes, my PC can handle it so no need to factor that in alright? By the way, this isn't going to be for a while. I'm just wondering way before hand. I would have made this into a poll, but didn't since I could have already got responses before I typed this up, people are fast sometimes.

get System Shock 2 instead

It doesn't matter. On the 360 you'll be on Xbox Live and on the PC you'll be on Games for Windows Live. Earning achievements on the same account. Although, I don't know if the PC version has controller support. I guess you should find whatever's cheaper and go for that.

Get it for the Mass Effect 2.

I'd vote PC for optimal graphics and controls. It's fine on Xbox, but for those types of games in general it's best to have them on PC.

I would recommend the 360. Have a friend who got the PC version and it would freeze every hour or so. There were other problems with it, and I'm not quite sure if it has been patched yet. Might want to visit the Bioshock 2 forums and check.

The PC version is a mess. Stay away from it.

360 VERSION!  I was talked into getting the PC version, but the PC version has a lot of problems.  The worst being horrible mouse implementation that makes the game virtually unplayable for me.
 
The controls are totally fucked and the PC version hasn't received a single patch yet (the developers recently said they are going to patch the PC version after all, but we'll see...)
 
Wait, you have the PS3 version and you already completed it?  You don't need to play it again dude, there are hundreds of other games out there for you to enjoy.
