So this is the first game I've decided I want bad enough to preorder and buy on release day. Usually I am a pre-own buyer, if I get new it's because it was a gift. So upon waiting (patiently at that) I have seen nothing mentioning when or even if Bioshock Infinite will have a preorder bonus. I realize that even if it doesn't it won't provoke me to not preorder but most games nowadays clearly do.

Probably just need to wait longer until the actual realease date but does anyone have an actual answer yet on this?

Usually games don't get pre-order things announced until a couple months out. I'd say most likely by Nov/Dec more information should be available. Right now 2k wants everyone to focus on buying Borderlands 2. Once they get that out of the way their next push will be Bioshock.
