With the release of both Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2 upon us, I thought it might be good to look back at the games that Bioware has made in the past. Thus, this poll. Expansions count but mods don't. 
 
My personal favorite? KotOR, as it was the game that introduced me to this style of RPG.

I've played them all excluding both Baldur's Gates and I have to say they are all among some of my favorite games. Still, if I had to choose one it would be KOTOR.

Jade Empire is the only good RPG they've made, even if it is derivative of their other works.

Baldur's Gate 2. I can still play it 9 years after it was released and enjoy it.

KOTOR, though I haven't played either BG, Jade Empire or Mass Effect

Mass effect was the funnest ans most well written and voiced.  
 
Also, the score was beautiful.

Mass Effect

Baldur's Gate 1 was Black Isle. 
I would say BG2

I loved Jade Empire, it wasn't the most "hardcore" but the atmosphere, music, characters, and story were all so phenomenal. I have so many fond memories of that game and playing it makes me so nostalgic. It's a great game, that should be reasonably priced now. I really hope Bioware revisits that universe.

KOTOR won over Mass Effect? Interesting, I really have to get to that game someday. 

Never played Jade Empire, but Mass Effect if my favorite by far. Best last three hours of game I've probably played.

Whoa. Somebody bumped my thread? That's cool, I guess. I'm surprised so many people like Mass Effect. Oh well. KotOR is winning.

KOTOR is the only one I've really played. I spent like an hour or so with Mass Effect and wasn't enjoying it. I'd like to play it more, but I haven't.
