So now black prophecy is live what do people think? I have played a fair amount and like it quite a bit. think they made the right choice going subscription free however as the level of polish isn't there yet.

I'm going to give it a shot, I want a good sci fi game like that for a long time now.

I tried it as well and while it is anything but a bad game, I'm just not feeling it. To be fair, I only played about an hour or 2, but what I did play was just 'meh.' If anyone out there is looking for a space MMO that's not Eve then by all means, give this a shot, but IMO it's just not anything special.

Well i'm in the beta now, so far I like it, its closer to freelancer than I thought, simple controls, quick movements, fast paced combat. Everything Eve Online is not, it seems. And its really beautiful to look at for a space sim game, lots of colors and shades.
